As Seen on Oprah and Larry King Live

It is always a pleasure and a joy and a gift to me when I see the mainstream accepting, believing and hopefully practicing what I have been espousing and sharing with you here at Conscious Kernels.

To see both Oprah Winfrey and Larry King devote two shows, with more to come, to Spiritual Laws, Consciousness, Creating More in your Life through thoughts and feelings, I feel this teaching has ARRIVED! To see the outpouring of interest after the two Oprah shows tells me there has been a major shift in race consciousness. People are actually starting to recognize that they create their own experiences through their consciousness. People are starting to believe in things like the Law of Cause and Effect, the Law of Attraction, and the Law of Reciprocity. Now let’s not just recognize, but take responsibility for our situations and experiences.

Of course, with this venue and viewing audience, Larry and Oprah kept the discussion to topics such as finding a soulmate, wishing for a million dollars, relieving stress, and making yourself healthy. These are practical topics and the Science of Mind is a practical teaching, there is no doubt about that. This is where most people start when they are first introduced to the concept that our thinking, our consciousness, is responsible for what happens in our lives. There is no doubt that this teaching is meant to improve our daily living. It is meant to be practical and used in practice. Through our thoughts and beliefs, we can find a soulmate, we can increase our financial prosperity, we can experience healthy bodies and invigorating energy.

The panelists talked about decision-making, knowing what you want, addictions, and human psychology. Because the Law works through us, through our minds, these things come into play. We do have to make decisions and set our intentions. We do have to know what we want and be clear in that. We do work with aspects of the human mind such as self-talk and goal-setting and mental imagery.

They discussed the scientific evidence of vibrational energy and quantum physics. Well, Ernest Holmes did not call it Science of Mind for nothing. Cause and effect are measurable. Thinking processes can be formulated. Correspondence is mathematically precise.

But one thing I would like to emphasize that wasn't focused on because of the secular nature of these television program is where all this love, prosperity and health come from. It comes from Spirit. It comes from Universal Mind. It comes from Universal Goodness.

We have to remember that our mind is part of Universal Mind. Our consciousness is connected directly to Universal Consciousness. Part of the Principle of the Science of Mind is the concept of Unity and Oneness of all Life. The other major concept is that the Nature of this Oneness and Universal Mind is Goodness and Goodness alone. This is where our Spiritual Growth comes into play. When we are sure of the Oneness and Unity of Life, when we are convinced that only Goodness exists in Spirit and in us, then we are expanding and growing in our personal relationship with Spirit.

We must recognize its Goodness and Unity and that we are within it and it is within us. We must believe in the perfection, the wholeness, and the completeness of the Universe and of our own Divine Nature. Do you even believe you have a Divine Nature? Do you believe there is more to you than a body and an intellect?

That is faith in the unseen. There is more to Life than meets the eye.

I am grateful for the awakening of the Race Consciousness to the point where we see this kind of topic being discussed on a national and global scale of programs like the Oprah Show and Larry King Live. Imagine if all the consciousnesses of all the people of the world start realizing and recognizing the Presence and the Power of Universal Goodness, if we start recognizing Universal Laws, if we start recognizing our part in the Creative Process. Wouldn't there be more Peace, Health, Prosperity and Joy in our collective experience? The answer is a resounding YES!
