Besides, you should try to avoid oily food as much as you can. Water is also a good therapy for treating and fighting acne. Water helps in carrying with itself all the toxins produced during the process of digestion. It is also advised that you should eat regularly without missing on any of the meals. Try to incorporate as many fruits as you can.
