* Sugar Cane

* Citrus Fruits
* Apples

The acids exfoliate the skin by dissolving the "glue" that holds dead skin cells together. This removes dirt, oil and blackheads, while allowing the natural emollient oils to surface. Lemon and citrus fruit juice is a great source of alpha hydroxy acid and is super simple to use.Squeeze the lemon and/or fruit juice into a small container and refrigerate.
