Beginning to awaken to the fact that "you" are something else entirely to what you thought you were and that this "you" stands already free of and before - prior to; in fact, the "a priori" of all time - all other arisings, including the arising of the chattering mind and the mindbody that this "you" is flowing through.

This wonderful wonderful process of the emergence of "you" into your vision of seeing and being. This completely delightful play of you awakening to the notyou notyou-ness through the crowning and birthing of this one into and through this mindbody that you would otherwise keep on mistakenly identifying yourself to be.

It is wonderfully rich - this movement of awakening to the "you" of you while finding your self flowing through this mindbody that has up to now, been a cause of consternation.

The beauty of the perplexity that arises out of the old tendencies of moving as if you are the mindbody and the incoming learnings and awakenings of the seeing and being of this "you" that you are beginning to become aware of as actually being "you." You would not want to miss any of it for all of the rice in Asia.

Each incremental step - step by step - is pregnant with the delight of wonderment and innocence. The clingingness and distractiveness of the old adaptation of constantly trying to be what you are only flowing through - this attempt to be the mindbody that you can never succeed in being, because it is not who "you" are - and the play of this "you" that you are involved with finding and stopping at and as, not only brings a certain turmoil to the table of the notyou notyou-ness, but also brings the subtlety of the delightfulness of your heart.

You get to feel it all. You also get to feel the change - as it comes about - of the sliding movement that kicks in from moving in the lostness of notyou to the clarity of "you" on a daily basis.

The more you realize the quality of this "you" that you truly are the more you will simply want to be this one of your heart - naturally so.

Everything about this great matter of your heart is natural and without effort.

Effort is only in the learning to prise your fingers from the automaticity of trying to be who you think you are - this mindbody that you are flowing through. The effort to bring your conscious attention back to the "you" that is already right here and flowing through your eyes.
