If you’re trying to persuade your friend that rice mixed with hot chocolate is delicious, you’ll have to let them experience it. Or if you’re trying to persuade somebody to build a franchise, you have to show them copies of the percentage of such a venture’s success.

It’s also helpful to stay with the facts. Like credible sources, people tend to feel more secure with facts than with gut feelings.
