You may find that some programs focus on different things such as religions, spirituality, medical, and/or psychological. 5. What is their weekly schedule for patients? Ask for a copy of one example. You can then determine the variety of activities available, the amount of participation in group therapy, and the amount of time with your own counselor. You can also see how many times you will be expected to attend group-counseling sessions. You can also see what the activities are focused on, such as life, grief, diagnosis, etc.
