You Are The Love You Are Looking For

You are the very love that you have forever been looking for.

There is not a finger to be lifted to get any closer to this love that you are looking for. It is you now. You are the heart already. You have to consciously be it and not to think "about" it. To be it requires your full attention in this very moment.

Full attention in this very moment gives you the opportunity to see things as they are, to see who you are. When you see things as they are you have the opportunity to see that the "amness" that is flowing through your mindbody and out of your eyes is the same "aliveness" that is sustaining all perceived objects (trees, buildings, sky).

You then have the opportunity to realize that this "youness" - who you are - is prior to the eyes themselves. It is "seen" before the eyes and also external to the eyes. In other words, the one that you are is everywhere. Everywhere.

It - you - is not the body. You are not the mind either. You are that in which all things arise and it - you - is flowing through your eyes right now.

It is the "motion of seeing," the "motion of aliveness," that is flowing through your eyes right now. It is the same one that "gives life" to all of manifestation.

However, who you are is totally independent of all "arisings," of all manifestation. Without you manifestation could not be - no world, no universes, no bodies or minds, no spiritual levels, no visions, no feelings or emotions.

All of manifestation, no matter how subtle or sublime, could not be without who you are - your "amness." Obviously this could not be said about who you think you are.

Who you think you are was born and it will die - including your ideas about your "ongoing soul" - that also was born and will die. The mind that you believe to be you, which moves from one body to the next in its continuity of awakening, was also born and it too will die.

All manifestation dies.

Who you are is the one survivor, totally independent of all else and totally impersonal.

It is love. It is you.

Full attention in this very moment gives you the opportunity to see things as they are, to see who you are. When you see things as they are you have the opportunity to see that the "amness" that is flowing through your mindbody and out of your eyes is the same "aliveness" that is sustaining all perceived objects (trees, buildings, sky).
