Once you begin to awaken to the fact that you are not who you think you are and that you are not this package of the mindbody that you have always believed to be you and which is only the vehicle of the flow of this “you” that is flowing through it. That you are already standing free of everything that you have thought to be true of you and you are seeing that this mindbody that you are flowing through is just a bundle of memories held together by your attachment to the belief that you have of yourself – which of course is neither your self and nor your heart.

Once you begin to awaken to all of this you will find that you are no longer bound or stuck to it and that you will have a totally different perspective on it all and a totally different movement going on in your daily and momentary living.

You will begin to perceive a completely different movement which is not of memory. You begin to free up from the “persona” that you have always thought yourself to be – the one that is so very busy about its own affairs. You will begin to find that moments of being at peace and being in stillness arise for you. You will start to realize that nothing is ever wrong with the world and that it is only your mistaken identification with believing yourself to be the mindbody that you find yourself flowing through that has been the cause of the cramp in your abdomen and the cause of all of your discontent.

You begin to see that it is in the being of this “you” of you, that is flowing through your eyes right now, that is the source of your healing and the source of your heart.

Never in the same manner will you be so easily lost in the meshes of desire born out of the ignorance of the guidance of a mind informed mindbody. You will still get distracted again and again by the arisings of manifestation – losing sight of this “you” of you that is already and always flowing through these eyes of this mindbody that you find yourself flowing through - until the clarity of your realization of just who “you” are is, which is neither this mindbody and nor this mind that you have always believed to be you, becomes clearer and stronger.

From birth onwards, all kinds of things happen to the mindbody that you take part in because you take yourself to be this mindbody. Of course, you are also bombarded by everyone else around you that you are this mindbody as well – they are busily caught up in the same game as yourself.

The conspiracy of humanity believing itself to be the separated and isolated activities of all of these mindbodies is currently alive and well. You are like the person at the movie theatre, laughing and crying with the movie on the screen, though knowing fully well that you are all the time in your seat and that the movie is just entertainment projected out upon the screen.

It is enough for you to consciously shift your focus of attention from the screen to your self to break the spell – that is all it takes. It is enough for you to consciously shift your focus of attention from the mindbody that you think you are to this “you” of you that is already flowing through the eyes of this mindbody; to this one that is looking through your very eyes right now – the seer - to break the spell of being lost in what was never true of you in the first place, and to realize who “you” already are.

All you have ever suffered is a projection of the imagination of your mind out upon the screen of manifestation itself and believing that to be true of you instead of realizing and being this “you” of you - this one that is flowing through your eyes right now, the divine one itself.

Once you begin to awaken to all of this you will find that you are no longer bound or stuck to it and that you will have a totally different perspective on it all and a totally different movement going on in your daily and momentary living.
