You've heard the expression a thousand times "use it or lose it". As we get older it is important that we stay active and get our bodies moving. If you are over forty and are not very active, I'm sure you have noticed your muscle size and tone disappearing.

Exercising is one of those events that you know you should do but don't always want to. At least that's how I feel until I get on a routine. After about a month or so of continuous planned exercising a strange thing happens...I get addicted.
